Shipping Costs + Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by 12pm GST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Please Note

Orders are usually packed and ready to ship 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

  •         All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollar for all applicable costs, including shipping, taxes, and duties.
  •         Duties and taxes vary by country/region of destination and will be determined during checkout.
  •         Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
  •         International orders totals cannot exceed S$500.

Duties + Taxes Refund

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Business Days + Holidays

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding Public Holidays within Singapore.

Packages do not ship from our fulfilment centre on the following holidays:
  •         1st January 2019 – New Year’s Day
  •         5th to 6th February 2019 – Chinese New Year
  •         19th April 2019 – Good Friday
  •         1st May 2019 – Labor Day
  •         20th May 2019 – Vesak Day (in-lieu)
  •         5th June 2019 – Hari Raya Puasa
  •         9th August 2019 – National Day
  •         12th August 2019 – Hari Raya Haji (in-lieu)
  •         28th October 2019 – Deepavali (in-lieu)
  •         25 December 2019 – Christmas Day

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order online, please visit the logistic company’s website and use the tracking number we provided. It will contain your order information. You can also contact Expressions Customer Service to track your order.
